Candidates are nominated by financial members to the Executive Committee. Each nomination must be in writing and include the reasons for the recommendation. The nominator will then speak to the proposal to the Executive Committee.


Subject to suitability, the Committee will vote on the nominations. Current Committee members who are nominated will not be eligible to vote on their own nomination. Recipients may only receive an ADMIS Service Award once every 5 years.


Award winners will be listed on an Honour Roll on the website and receive a framed certificate from ADMIS. The ADMIS Service Award will be presented at the ADMIS Annual General Meeting.

The ADMIS Service Award is awarded by the Executive Committee to a person for outstanding service to ADMIS.


The award is in recognition of outstanding contribution to ADMIS such as:

  • Conference arrangement

  • Term 1 Dinner arrangement

  • Representing ADMIS through printed journal article

  • Representing ADMIS at conferences
